Job Description
We are seeking motivated and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and effectively communicating with potential and existing customers to promote products or services and generate leads or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products or services.
Handle inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update customer databases with detailed call information.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication to close sales or appointments.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.
Gather feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
