The Telecaller cum Accountant will be responsible for handling customer calls, maintaining client communication, and performing basic accounting and billing tasks. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, follow-ups, and payments.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain daily accounts.
Assist in day-to-day accounting and office administration.
Coordinate with sales and finance teams for data updates.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on calls and accounting transactions.
