We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services over the phone, and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or product recommendations.
Maintain a database of customer contact information and update call records.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the marketing team.
Maintain professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
