Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented female Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards. This role is ideal for someone with leadership qualities and prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of female operators and production staff on the shop floor.
Ensure adherence to daily production plans and targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the team and work area.
Train new workers on machinery operation, SOPs, and safety protocols.
Handle shift schedules, attendance, and productivity tracking.
Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and inventory teams to resolve issues.
Identify areas of improvement and suggest process enhancements.
Maintain production reports, logs, and documentation as required.
