We are seeking a skilled and engaging Software Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on software tools, platforms, and systems to internal Students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with a variety of software systems, and a passion for teaching and technology.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions on software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, proprietary tools).
Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, user guides, and video tutorials.
Customize training programs based on audience needs and skill levels.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Provide post-training support and answer user questions.
Collaborate with the product, support, and development teams to stay updated on software changes.
Maintain a knowledge base or help center with updated resources.
