Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher with 1+ years of teaching experience, a B.Sc./M.Sc. in a relevant science discipline, and a B.Ed. qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) to students in middle or high school, using engaging and effective teaching methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver lessons in Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) as per the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Prepare lesson plans, lab activities, assignments, and assessments.
Use practical demonstrations and experiments to make science concepts clear and engaging.
Maintain student records, track academic progress, and provide regular feedback.
Create a safe and stimulating classroom and lab environment for hands-on learning.
Incorporate technology, visual aids, and interactive resources into teaching.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related science subject
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized school
Strong command over subject matter and excellent classroom management skills
Good communication skills and fluency in English
