Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Broadband Sales Executive to promote and sell high-speed internet/broadband connections to residential and commercial customers. The role involves field visits, lead generation, and achieving installation targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, outdoor marketing activities, door-to-door campaigns, and referrals.
Explain broadband plans, speeds, data packages, and installation procedures to customers.
Visit households, apartments, shops, and offices to promote broadband connections.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the best suitable plans.
Follow up on leads and convert them into new broadband installations.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales, and installation updates.
Coordinate with the technical team for timely installation and activation.
