Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficient and timely production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, improving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety compliance within the production area.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
Ensure optimal use of resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) for maximum efficiency.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing demands.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure final products meet required specifications.
Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, quality, maintenance, and logistics.
Identify areas of improvement and implement cost-effective solutions for enhanced productivity.
Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to meet performance and safety targets.
Prepare and analyze production reports and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
