We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage office resources, and support staff and leadership in creating a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Supervise support staff and delegate tasks as needed
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Ensure a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
Support HR and finance teams with basic admin tasks (e.g. timesheets, expenses)
