Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher with 1+ years of teaching experience, a B.Sc./M.Sc. in Mathematics or related field, and a B.Ed. qualification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching math concepts clearly and effectively to students in middle or high school, encouraging problem-solving skills and logical reasoning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with the school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
Teach core math topics such as Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Arithmetic, and Data Handling.
Design lesson plans, worksheets, class activities, and periodic assessments.
Use practical examples and digital tools to simplify complex mathematical concepts.
Track and evaluate student progress through tests, quizzes, and classwork.
Maintain an organized and positive learning environment that supports all learners.
Integrate technology such as smart boards, online quizzes, and educational software.
Attend school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and training sessions.
Requirements:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mathematics or a related discipline
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) – mandatory
Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience
