Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical Trainer to deliver high-quality training in mechanical engineering, workshop practices, and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and a passion for developing skilled technicians and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions in:
Mechanical fundamentals
Machine tools and operations (lathe, milling, drilling, etc.)
Maintenance and repair of mechanical systems
Engineering drawing and measurement techniques
CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
Welding, fitting, and fabrication (if applicable)
Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools
Evaluate student progress through tests and practical assessments
Guide students in workshop activities and ensure adherence to safety protocols
Update training content as per industry trends and standards
Maintain training and student records accurately
Coordinate with industry experts and assist in placements (if applicable)
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
Knowledge of mechanical workshop tools and equipment
Strong communication and instructional skills
