We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate will handle data management, documentation, coordination, and communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and accuracy in records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company databases, records, and documentation.
Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
Assist in preparing reports, statements, and office correspondence.
Support front office and management with administrative tasks.
Coordinate with clients and vendors through phone or email when required.
Manage filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure data confidentiality.
Verify, process, and manage invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
Handle HR and accounting coordination support as per internal process.
Prepare and maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Ensure smooth communication between departments and management.
