We are looking for an experienced Hotel Management Trainer to train students and staff in hospitality operations, service standards, and hotel management skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training in hospitality management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on hotel operations, hospitality management, and customer service.
Train students in front office, housekeeping, food & beverage service, and kitchen operations.
Develop training materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations.
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback.
Organize practical training, workshops, and hospitality simulations.
Maintain training records and evaluation reports.
