Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Home Automation Technician to install, configure, and maintain smart home systems and devices. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of home automation technologies and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure seamless system integration and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure smart home devices such as lighting, security, HVAC, audio/video systems, and smart appliances
Troubleshoot and repair automation systems and devices
Perform system testing and ensure proper functioning
Provide technical support and training to customers on system use
Collaborate with sales and project teams to understand customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of installations, service calls, and repairs
