Job Description
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-oriented Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, handling phone calls, and performing administrative support tasks to ensure smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and presentable.
Handle inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors and provide accurate information.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
