Job Description
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our jewellery showroom. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising product displays, and maintaining smooth floor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily showroom floor operations and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Guide and support the sales staff in achieving individual and team sales targets.
Monitor staff performance, grooming, attendance, and customer interactions.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed, secured, and well-stocked.
Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for stock movement and updates.
Ensure security and safety protocols are followed on the shop floor.
Assist with training of new staff and regular team briefings.
