Job Role:
Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Work as part of a remote team and meet performance targets
🔹 Requirements:
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Must have a laptop/desktop with stable internet connection
Willingness to work night shifts (compulsory)
Previous customer support or BPO experience is a plus
Professional and calm under pressure
