Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage customer interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty. The CRO will act as the main point of contact for customers, helping to resolve queries, build lasting relationships, and support retention and sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, support, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Prepare customer service reports and present insights to the management team.
Support customer onboarding and training where applicable.
