Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable In-Civil Trainer to deliver high-quality training in civil engineering and construction-related subjects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil engineering and a passion for teaching and developing future professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver theory and practical sessions on topics such as:
Surveying
Construction techniques
Estimation & costing
CAD (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Structural and geotechnical basics
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and evaluation tools
Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
Conduct site visits or simulations, where applicable
Ensure adherence to safety standards and training protocols
Maintain student records and training reports
Continuously upgrade course content based on industry trends
Provide mentorship and career guidance to trainees
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience
Proficiency in technical drawing software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, etc.)
Teaching or training certification is an added advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to handle both theory and practical sessions effectively
