Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations. The ideal candidate will handle invoice preparation, payment processing, and record maintenance while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate invoices, bills, and credit notes to customers.

Verify sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery challans before billing.

Maintain up-to-date billing records and ensure timely payment follow-ups.

Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for billing-related queries.

Handle GST billing, tax calculations, and maintain proper documentation.

Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve any billing discrepancies.

Generate daily, weekly, or monthly billing reports as required.

Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
