e are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, design skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop architectural designs, drawings, and specifications based on client requirements.
Prepare detailed plans, layouts, 3D models, and presentations using CAD/BIM tools.
Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with building regulations.
Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
Review and approve construction materials, finishing details, and quality standards.
Ensure that all projects adhere to safety norms and statutory compliance.
Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to the execution team.
Communicate regularly with clients to understand expectations and provide updates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
