Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The role involves assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for commerce graduates or freshers looking to start their career in accounting, especially in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, payments, receipts, expenses).

Help in preparing and processing invoices and bills.

Record and reconcile petty cash transactions.

Assist in preparing GST & TDS data for filing.

Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.

Support in reconciling bank statements and vendor accounts.

Enter data in Tally ERP or accounting software under supervision.

Coordinate with other departments for invoice or payment-related queries.

Provide support during audits and monthly closings.
